SHIPPING DAMAGE
If there is an issue with your order and it arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery with pictures of both the packaging and product, so we can file a claim with the post carrier. DO NOT throw away the packaging before contacting us. We will work on a solution for any orders that are damaged in transit.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES/FORCED RETURNS
If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the package. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid. If a customer refuses to pay additional shipping to resend the package, the package will not be shipped and no refund will be given.

DUTIES/IMPORT FEES
Customers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may incur on international packages.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unfortunately, I am NEVER able to guarantee an arrival date due to potential delays in mail transit. I will, however, guarantee a ship by date and give you the estimated transit time provided by the post office. These transit times are always estimates and never guaranteed. Please keep in mind that I cannot be responsible for unexpected delays during transit.
