Return Policy

All of our products are made to order, and customized just for you!
Therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.

Please contact us if there is an error that we have made on your order. We will work on a solution to make the order right.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery with pictures of both the packaging and product, so we can file a claim with the post carrier. DO NOT throw away the packaging before contacting us. We will work on a solution for any orders that are damaged in transit.


-Personalized Items-
Once an item is personalized for you, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting.

-Undeliverable Packages/Forced Returns-
If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the package. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid. If a customer refuses to pay additional shipping to resend the package, the package will not be shipped and no refund will be given.
Please double check your shipping address.

-Duties/Import Fees-
Customers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may incur on international packages.

-Delivery Times-
Unfortunately, I am NEVER able to guarantee an arrival date due to potential delays in mail transit. I will, however, guarantee a ship by date and give you the estimated transit time provided by the post office. These transit times are always estimates and never guaranteed. Please keep in mind that I cannot be responsible for unexpected delays during transit.
